How the process works

- we will arrange a visit, and you can tell us a few more details.
- we will take 48 hours to put together an Information pack ready to present to our Investors I.e estimates for any works to be carried out, comparable prices of local properties etc.
- once a purchase price is agreed, and your happy to proceed, we will kindly ask for you to sign an exclusivity agreement for 28 days so we can match and Investor with your property.
- once we have found an Investor we will arrange for them to contact you and then its just a case of swapping solicitors details to proceed
- we will then request our fee from the Investor.
