Thank you for looking at our website. Let us introduce ourselves. Our names are Adrian and Rebekah Bill, we have a young family and we're originally from the West Midlands. We have lived in North Wales for 17 years, and we have a big family in this area too. We are from a building background, electricians by trade and parents are retired builders.

  We are currently on our own property journey, our business model is to build a property portfolio through the process of renovating, refinancing and renting out. We spent many years renting as have a lot of our family, and we know how difficult it is sometimes to find a good standard property and caring landlord. We really want to give back to the community by making more properties available and being professional landlords. We also want to help others on their property journey, whether that is helping with a simple sale or helping people do the same as us and building their portfolio. Our passion is property in all its forms.
